Influx LP increases chemical injection efficiency for operators with a complete service check from the chemical pump to the injection manifold, finished with a full displacement flush of the capstring to remove debris. Every data point we collect on site is available to clients through our app, WellKeeperPro.
Our services
Capillary flush
A 4,000–6,000 psi fresh-water flush of the capstring displaces debris past the downhole check valve. For excessive pressure or plugged lines, we troubleshoot with 20K pumps.
Manifold service
We inspect the chemical injection manifold and replace damaged or non-working gauges and dirty filter elements, with full manifold assembly replacement when needed.
Chemical pump inspection
We check pump power and prime, look for leaking fittings or tubing, inspect the chemical setup, and record the approximate fluid level.
Our data collection solution
WellKeeperPro
WellKeeperPro is the mobile app developed and published by Influx LP to capture and share capillary maintenance data. Our technicians record every service visit in the field, and operators see the results in real time.
- Field data capture: manifold gauge pressure, flush status, chemical pump and setup checks, fluid level, notes and photos for each well
- Real-time operator access: preventative maintenance data for every well, with filtering and download options
